What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone, payment confirmation.
- Wellness context (optional): if you fill in our quiz or write to our care team, you may share information about your cycle, symptoms or concerns. This is treated as sensitive data, kept only as long as needed to support you, and never sold.
- Site analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data (page views, device type, country) so we can improve the site. No advertising trackers are loaded by default.
How we use your data
We use your data to fulfil and ship your orders, send order updates, respond to care-team enquiries, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional Journal updates and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. In Malaysia, this is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). In Singapore, the PDPA 2012 applies. Write to care@beyondcactus.com and we'll respond within 14 working days.
