Beyond Cactus+ ships from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Local Malaysian orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days; regional Southeast Asian orders within 5–10 working days.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. If you'd like Beyond Cactus+ delivered elsewhere in Southeast Asia, write to care@beyondcactus.com and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Timelines
- Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–4 working days, free on all plans.
- Malaysia (East — Sabah & Sarawak): 4–7 working days, free on all plans.
- Singapore: 5–7 working days.
- Indonesia & Philippines: 7–10 working days, customs clearance time included.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. If you don't see it within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder and then reach out to our care team.
Storage on arrival
On arrival, please store Beyond Cactus+ below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Each box is best used before the printed best-before date.
